- MSMegan SchneiderMar 22, 20261.0I would not recommend Tom and Ed’s to anyone. My insurance sent me here because they are supposedly Subaru certified, but my experience was a nightmare. It took a couple of months to "fix" my car, and they repeatedly sent me home with the vehicle claiming it was ready, only for the original problem to remain. I eventually had to take it to a Subaru dealership for a final fix. It turns out the alignment was completely off and the underlying issue hadn't been addressed at all. To make matters worse, my car (which is less than a year old) reeked of cigarettes when I picked it up the last time and someone even left a lighter inside. It took over a week to get the smell out. I contacted the manager and never heard back. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Not only had his day been pushed multiple times back but it’s now going on 4 months of this and we had just found out THEY HAVE YET TO TOUCH THE VEHICLE but have all parts in as of earlier this month , he has had to call himself for any updates when being told he would be updated which is very unprofessional. And it’s causing a great amount of stress on our family.

You have the right to choose a repair shop to fix your vehicle so if you want Tom & Ed's Autobody to repair your vehicle, you have the right to choose us.
