  It was New Year’s Day & my tire was flat my family had to be at Ohare by noon. We found tire barn open they took car right away & said side wall bad we needed to buy new tire. We did put on my rim. In out 30 -45 min. My only complaint was my tires take 35# air & they left all 4 tires at 30. O didn’t notice til I was driving home . All tires should have been checked for air & correct pressure. But staff were great

  I went in to get my rims cleaned and sealed. The customer service was very helpful i was in and out in less than an hour and they even let me know my battery was going bad. I really appreciate the attention to details and the service. Also my rims are sealed correctly and they aired my tires up to my specs. Thanks to the helpful staff at tirebarn.

  Came into the shop on 12/27/2025. These guys are awesome honestly, you are greeted very well and with respect. I only needed one tire dealt with and I was looking to replace it. Without a doubt they took care of me and to add that it was a courtesy repair so I didn’t have to pay at all. I have a four tire Michelin tires and they are not cheap but this place is well worth your time for new tires or repairs they will take care of you. Thanks guys. I will always visit these guys when I need anything involving my tires. Thanks again.

  Got a $75 for terrible service here Was reluctant to use it until I saw different counter employees. That was until the rude manager denied my certificate in front of everyone calling it fake. Then he decided to call corporate and verify if it was real in front of everyone including my son. So again this same guy has gone out of his way to try and embarrass me all while providing terrible customer service. Im thankful Elisa did her best to cover his rudeness with great service. But for him to toss my company provided certificate down like it was fake may have lost me as a customer forever !

  The older gentleman working the counter that assisted my wife at the Merrillville location with was completely rude and unprofessional. As soon as she declined to have your company complete an unnecessary repair on her car, he threw her keys back at her and basically told her she could leave. She was there to repair a tire that went flat because of an object from the road punctured the new tires I bought with the insurance. He proceeded to tell her that he needs to replace both control arms because that was wearing down the tires. Shelby he doesn’t know is that we already replaced the control arms from a professional mechanic. He was trying to take advantage of my wife because she was a woman. My wife is very intelligent and saw through his BS immediately and politely declined the unnecessary services. That is when he treated her inappropriately. I have used Tire Barn for 10 years but will not in the future. What does the control arms have to do with a puncture from an object on the highway. The tires were relatively new and purchased over the summer.
