Their honest evaluation impressed me to the point to return when the tires truly required replacement. I received the same excellent customer service and feel compelled to pass this along in a review. Rear brakes where replaced at a great price for parts and labor.

First he said they had my tires and had me waiting in the lobby for almost an hour , to come and find out he told his co workers he gave them the wrong size tires, so i had to have them ordered it online and i paid for it to get here Saturday. The manager told me itll get here Saturday around 10am. Im waiting for call back and didnt receive any so I called back around 1pm to find out that my tires come Monday. So im riding around with a spare tire on my driving side rear back. So if i get on a flat tire while going to work , yall will pay for a tow truck right ? To get sent to yall till my tires come Monday.

My only gripe is that they didn’t air my tires up to the correct psi either time I brought it in and my custom tire cap wasn’t put back on. I love Tire Barn, hopefully this is just an outlier.
