I’ve ALWAYS bought from Discount Tire- and I regret giving this company my business. I got sold into buying tires from them because I also needed an alignment- and found a Groupon. The manager matched the price at Discount, bc they were significantly cheaper. Of course the alignment worker was not working when I purchased the tires. Of course they forgot to put my tire caps on! I had 2 consistent low tires since purchase- kept putting air in it. I tried going to the Highland location 3 months after purchase to have them look at the low TIRES, which they brushed me off, told me to leave it all day in order for them to look at. I get it, you’re understaffed, overworked , and tired- but ALL DAY? Eventually, I went back to Merrillville for them to look at 6 months later- they blamed a bad stem valve- which isn’t covered under the insurance that I purchased. Fortunately, they replaced 2 of the bad stem valves- but enforced they will charge me for replacement moving forward. They claimed my stem valve was bad bc it didn’t support the tire pressure sensors- IM SORRY- my car is a 2012- what car 2012 and above doesn’t have tire pressure sensors??? Maybe they were expired old tires? Not to mention, they forgot to reset my sensors once they repaired the issue- the lady had to get the service tech to fix the issue. She’s the only decent one. Props to her for trying her best.
Customer service from management is poor- workers don’t even look you in the eye when speaking- impersonal and subpar professionalism.

I called to set an appointment for a tire repair at 610pm on the way to tire barn with a flat tire. The appointment was made for 630pm. They close at 7pm. There were 2 or 3 others in line in front of me, but still my tire was fixed for $35, last second appointment, fast service, awesome experience!! Thank you!!

Jim, manager, helped me and a friend after hours with a flat tire, put a donut on and I came back Sunday morning and they fixed it right away. Thank God for honest and helpful people.
