Got there at 8:10 on Columbus/Indigenous Peoples Day to get 2 new front tires. 2 cars in front of me, was told one one was just a patch, was quoted 1-1.5 hours. Woof. Went next door to Bob Evans (I could swear they have some kind of terrible service arrangement), where the service also sucked, came back an hour later and there was no progress. Finally got the tires changed, took it back for alignment, which was another hour to get done and they couldn't even get one of the tires aligned. There was another guy there who had a 9:30 appointment-he asked the desk what the point was at 10:00 as his car hadn't even been taken into the garage yet. He was still there when I left close to 11:30. I get that good work takes time, but if it's going to be more than double what you expect, please be a little more open and/or apologetic about it.

They said I needed a alignment so they the alignment now my steering wheel is not centered I have to bring my car back to them and I’m not happy with the alignment. So I bring my car back for them to replace my rear lateral linkage for I can get a proper alignment, when I get there they said there’s no mechanic on duty today so I have to bring my car back again OMG
