  I went in to get an alignment and they let me know that I had a couple of issues that needed to be taken care of and we’re fair with their pricing. I go back tomorrow to pick up a set of tires.

  Here's a wake up call for anybody needing new tires. I went to Belle tired in Merrillville yesterday. This is the 3rd vehicle I've gone in with. This time it upset me a lot. I don't like doing bad reviews on a business but they deserve this one. I got a price for 4 new tires on Wed., made an appointment for Thurs. For installation. Nobody in this place, it was like a ghost town. While they were working on it the gentleman at the counter comes up to me with these pictures telling me I needed a front end alignment and they would have to cut off the bolts and it would cost me 200 more dollars to do this repair. I told them no, so he told them to finish my car. When I drove away, I didn't even make it to the first light on us30 before my car shook badly. So I made a u-turn and took it back. They took it for a short drive and the mechanic said he didn't feel anything and that it was in my steering, I needed to get that front end alignment. I told them my car did not drive like that when I brought it in and Just because I put new tires on it did not justify that. The second guy at the counter raised his voice at me and said I'd have to have that fixed. I told him no again. They then took the car in and supposedly rebalanced the tires and sent me on my way. Funny, that seemed to stop the vibrating all over the road. They need to stop ripping people off because their business is slow. I said no to the upsale and they got rude about. I will never take any more vehicles there for anything and I will call their corporate office. Don't go there.

  We’ve been customers at this location over 5-10 yrs. Recently ran over a screw . Went to get 1 tire fixed service person took a “Look” & said he couldn’t fix it & recommended purchasing 4 new tires!!! Went to another local company, they pulled the screw out & said it didn’t go through the tire!!!! Charge $5, to check the tire with their solution (water), NO ISSUES didn’t even need patches. Be aware of Belle Tire!!!!!

  I have been here 3 times, I will never return again. First time I scheduled to get 4 new tires and 5 new tire pressure monitor sensors. After they installed the tires, instead of registering the TPMS, they measured my car for an alignment. They lied to my face and told me they registered the TPMS, but they returned me the car without registering the TPMS and told me they were closing and couldn't. I took my car to discount tire to register the TPMS for free, but I tipped anyway. Second time I just needed my tires rotated. Again, they did not register the TPMS to the new positions. Discount tire did this for free, again, but I tipped again. Today I went in because I had a pin hole leak. I am glad I didn't buy new tires from belle because I realized they stole my valve stem caps off my leaking tire and the spare. I have an appointment for discount tire later today. I advise people stay away from Belle tire, especially this location. If you have been serviced there, I recommend to make sure all your bolts are tight and you have them all. I must not be the only one with an issue with Belle tire in Merriviille because 2 of their showroom windows were broken and one of their bay windows. They claimed it happened when the plow was salting thier parking lot, but there was only salt on the sidewalks, not the parking lot, so I know they were lying again.

  Adam Villagomez, is the person who took care of me, while at the tire shop. He was able to work with me on the paper bucks that I received, was courteous, and diligent.
