Andrew, Jerry, and Gwen were absolutely incredible — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind. I initially came in needing help with a light bulb replacement on my Mercedes, and they didn’t just point me to the part — they took the time to advise me properly and helped change the bulb, making sure everything was done correctly. Their professionalism and willingness to help truly stood out. Later, when I returned with a check engine light concern, they again went above and beyond, running diagnostics and providing tremendous support, clear explanations, and reassurance. They never rushed me and made sure I understood what was going on and what my next steps could be. It’s rare these days to find a team that combines technical knowledge with genuine care for customers, but Andrew, Jerry, and Gwen exemplify exactly that. This location is lucky to have them. Highly, highly recommend this AutoZone — I will absolutely be coming back and sending others here as well.
