  Check engine light came on and I drove to my nearest AutoZone on the way home from work. Luis came out use the equipment to read the engine code and took care of me quick and fast. Gave me some good advice and a great product. We're hoping it clears it up and he says it probably should. If not I know where to come back if I have any more problems cuz service was top notch.

  When it comes to small repairs like oil changes or brakes, I like to do it myself. Because of that I shop at a lot of auto parts retailers. In store and online. Since opening the new location in McCordsville, they have been my go to. Other auto parts stores in the area have not kept up with the extraordinary service that I have received at the McCordsville location. Just this morning when it is 4° outside with a -7° windchill, I asked for my battery to be tested and changed and they did not hesitate one bit. The timing mattered as well because a battery only seems to fail when you don’t have time. I was on my way to my daughter’s sporting event and had little time to spare. I was in and out, and on my way. I was able to get where I needed to be and that was important to me. Thank you Mccordsville AutoZone!

  Excellent service at this AutoZone location! William helped me find the right battery for my Highlander and Jerry installed it for me on one of the coldest mornings in December!

  I can’t thank Zane enough for helping replace my battery last night during the winter storm. It was windy, cold and snowing but he came outside with no complaints and replaced the battery. Took the stress out of a stressful situation after my car died when I got home. Thank you so much!
