    Argued with my husband that they “called and canceled” our reservation. I had no voicemails or calls from ANYONE on Thursday the 23rd of April. That the woman working the from desk, supposedly “called me on”. She argued with my husband that they didn’t have one. We left called Anderson who informed us that it in fact was not canceled and found easily with our RESERVATION NUMBER. Switched it from the Marion store to Anderson. Won’t deal with Marion ever again. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to use the Marion location

    I gave Enterprise ample time to resolve this before leaving a review. After my vehicle was wrecked, I was initially placed in a Nissan Rogue. The branch manager informed me I would need to swap it out once other vehicles became available. When I returned, I was told I would receive a full size sedan, but was instead given a Nissan Sentra (a compact), which is a downgrade. When I raised concerns, the manager incorrectly stated that the Sentra is a midsize vehicle comparable to a Malibu. She also told me no upgrades were available unless I paid out of pocket, and later claimed only Sentras were available at all. However, my insurance provider, Progressive Insurance, confirmed they had approved and communicated payment for an upgrade. I was also informed that Enterprise reported that I had requested to be removed from the Rogue, which is untrue. I ultimately had to resolve the situation myself by driving 45 minutes to another location, using my own gas, to obtain the correct vehicle. Despite repeated calls to customer service over nearly two weeks, I have yet to receive the promised follow up from an area manager, reimbursement for gas, or a proper resolution. This situation could have been avoided entirely if I had either remained in the Rogue or been placed in the correct vehicle category initially. Being downgraded, especially when an upgrade was approved, is unacceptable.

    Went to pickup a car at my appointment time, sign said they were on a delivery. Few minutes later a guy runs out of the building and jumps in a car and takes off leaving a line of people outside the door. Highly unacceptable and not returning again. Very poor business skills and unprofessional

    I have reserved a car twice through the call center only for the local branch to call and cancel... Enterprise rental prioritizes insurance companies over individuals. It’s next to impossible to reserve a car as an individual and if you do don't reserve through the call center. Make sure you talk to the local Enterprise manager.

    If you book through Expedia or any of the travel sights don't expect a vehicle to be available when you get there. Also expect them to have a crappy attitude about the situation and claim they are doing you a favor by putting you in something else. As I was told and I quote " I am doing you a favor by putting you in something else I could just turn you away". Returned the smaller vehicle that was horrible rough riding and seet was like a rock. Get a call the next day asking what they could do to make up for the inconvenience. The guy acted like he was doing me a favor giving me the deposit back and as of yet has decided that was enough. There was a response to my review asking me to call customer service. That has since disappeared they are just as useless at corporate level as they are in Marion. Looking like this is a company policy instead of one bad location.
