  This place is insane!!! They screwed on the oil plug so damn tight it wouldn't come off after several men tried to get it off. So I drove there to have them loosen the plug after we blasted it with PB blaster. Then drove all the way home. Drained the oil pan. Then went to remove the filter they put on last oil change AND THAT WAS ON SO TIGHT it had SCRATCHES all over it. Had to run all over town for parts to remove it. No tool was working, grown men and hours of labor- it wouldn't budge, the oil filter got damaged trying to get it off! Called customer care, they only apologized and said they would send an employee to my home with Valvoline store tools to remove the filter immediately. But no one answered the phone at the local store so I'm without a car until tomorrow. With it sitting on a jack and drained oil, a now bent oil filter with a hole in it on my car. I now will not be able to take my son to his dad tomorrow as well which will put me in contempt of family court. And I'm out money in parts and hours of time trying to remove a filter they screwed on too tight And grown men have received injury to their hands and fingers trying to help me for over 8 hours into the evening. Update: I was without transportation for half the weekend! Finally got a hold of someone at Valvoline, a wonderful employee there named Philip called the store manager. The store manager (who was not there -it was his day off did not want to come to my home to help. And said the store was "short staffed" and didn't want to send someone to my home to help me. so I needed to wait YET ANOTHER business day before getting an employee to my home to help me. Knowing that was Leaving me without transportation for another 24 hours. (, I missed work today) this store manager is seriously not a decent person) the employee called me back, told me what his manager said and then proceeded to tell me that he felt so bad about it, he was going to come up my house after work and help me on his personal time after he was off the clock so I was not left high and dry for another 24 hours. He came to my home, brought tools, he struggled to get the filter off, but had proper commercial tools to remove it. And was SHOCKED how badly welded on that filter was and apologized, took photos of the filter and noted how badly tight on there it was. and then put a new filter on, put new oil in my car, and even took the old oil in for me so I wouldn't have to. This employee- his name is Phillip is the only reason I'm not going to sue Marion Indiana Valvoline. We need more Philipps in the world. He did not have to step up like that after the store manager could give a crap less about me and my situation that one of his techs put me in. so Phillip stepped up to the plate on his off time. And not only got the old filter off he finished my oil change for me. I hope Valvoline knows what an above exceptional employee they have and value it. He's the only reason they aren't being sued. ( I am a paralegal but the way and was going to sue them big time until Phillip showed up)

  The level of service at this Valvoline is always top notch. Everyone is always very professional, but also very friendly, personable and so incredibly efficient. I always leave there feeling happy but more than that I feel secure in the work them employees do. Fantastic crew.
