- CHChastity HuffmanDec 24, 20252.0We got new tires here going on almost two years ago it has been nothing but problems since we got the tires, we had to put new valve stems in all of them when we first got them. Then the front driver side tire had three more valve stem replacements because the tire kept on going flat took it to belles said nothing was wrong with the tire said they didn't know why it went flat. Then a week ago the back passenger went flat and developed three bulges in the tire on the side. At this point I was done taking it to Belle tires we took it off and went to Upland and got a brand new tire, we are going to have to replace the other the tires I'm sure because the problems just keep on coming with these tires. Needles to say same yourself the hassle and don't buy tires from belles go somewhere else.

Or the sensors could thrown off n it would cause problems later. So I ordered the 4 tires to later realize that my tire sensors were no longer operating. I took the car back to have asst manager bring out a machine to reset the sensors but for reasons unknown they couldn't be reset. So I was told to take it to the dealer n have them look at it. Which I found odd because they worked b4 you guys changed my tires. So I overpaid for tires n now have to pay to have someone fixed the sensors you guys broke or did not properly reset.

I did have an issue but after contacting customer service and talking to store manager Ben at the Marion, IN store he has gone above and beyond to make it right with me and that means a lot in this day and age. As long as I'm taken care of I'll keep coming back.

Started off a little rough, some rookie mistakes, minor things, more of an inconvenience than anything needing to come back the next day. Manager on site, Ben addressed it, handled very well, professional. Excellent representation of quality customer service. Will absolutely continue to use their services as long as local managers are given the discretion and freedom to try and make things right when they don’t go as expected.
