I have gone through Belle tire for maintenance on my car for quite some time because they accepted payment from a card that I had through them despite them no longer accepting my card and not notifying me about this issue. They also have no clue what they’re doing. I went into the shop for a noise on my car that was being made by a loose heat shield on my exhaust they claimed that they would have to remove my entire driveshaft along with my exhaust to remove the heat shield. Then told me that upon further inspection, it would need to go to an exhaust shop because the bolts would just crumble. After taking it to the exhaust shop in town, I was notified that my vehicle does NOT even have a driveshaft and that they could remove the heat shield for free in two minutes….. therefore Belle Tire was trying to charge me for labor on a removal that required no effort and they did not know that my front wheel driving car had no driveshaft lol. I’m just a girl….

The quote was $200-300 more than the next closest shop, so I said I am going to hold off. Once I get back to pay for the tires, they show me one of my brake pads and said it fell off during the inspection. I said cool and walked out to find that my car was warning me saying there was no break fluid, leaving me with no brakes at all. Felt like a scam to get me to go back inside and get them done. Luckily I was able to make it to another shop.
