I did have an issue but after contacting customer service and talking to store manager Ben at the Marion, IN store he has gone above and beyond to make it right with me and that means a lot in this day and age. As long as I'm taken care of I'll keep coming back.

Started off a little rough, some rookie mistakes, minor things, more of an inconvenience than anything needing to come back the next day. Manager on site, Ben addressed it, handled very well, professional. Excellent representation of quality customer service. Will absolutely continue to use their services as long as local managers are given the discretion and freedom to try and make things right when they don’t go as expected.

Still has multiple parts misinstalled and/missing. You can probably trust them with tires and an oil change, but please don't let them do anything else. Care team responded here but no way to get in touch with them.
