Tim was the one that installed the new battery and it was FREEZING out there. Then out of no where the car starts by itself after the battery is connected and locks the doors, while both sets of my keys are in my purse sitting in my car. I was panicking...but Tim helped out and pried the window back and was able to pop the lock open. I was so relieved. Thank you so much! I have never been so happy to spend money on a new battery for my car. lol
