We operate 15 trucks out of Indianapolis, and this was my first personal visit to your Lebanon, Indiana (I-65) location, although our drivers have used this same location several times before. This occurred on February 26, 2026 at approximately 2:33 PM, as shown on the attached receipt. The total amount paid was $116.60, which included a 10% tip. Upon arrival, I spoke with Karen regarding the rates and made full payment. After paying, I asked if I could stand at a safe distance to observe the wash, and I was told that was fine. While standing there, there was confusion between staff about whether I could remain in that area, and I was told to move. It created an uncomfortable situation. I want to clarify that I am not writing this email to request action against any specific staff member. I am only addressing this because I paid for the service and was not satisfied with the overall experience or the quality of the wash. After returning to my yard, I noticed visible mud spots still left on the truck. Additionally, my deer guard holding pins were missing, and I had to purchase replacements from a store. These parts were present before the wash. The reason I prefer to observe the wash process is simply to ensure the service is completed properly. When paying $116.60 including a tip, I expect professional and complete service.
