  Construction delaying service is understandable but if I’m going to wait over 3 hours for the oil change/tire rotation, I expect it to be done correctly and not wake up to my jeep leaking oil on my driveway. Will not be coming back for simple services anymore.

  Just want to say thank you for the great service on my Colorado purchase. My salesman Ben was great very friendly and willing to go the Xtra mile to get me the best deal. The sales Manager was amazing as well and treated me like family. My last 3 vehicles were purchased through Jeff Wyler and couldn't be happier. I can't speak for all dealerships but Florence Buick gmc and lawrenceburg Chrysler dodge jeep and ram have been amazing. Check them out. Thanks again guys.

  Just wanted to give a big shoutout to the team at Jeff Wyler Lawrenceburg! They got me into the Grand Wagoneer I’ve been wanting and truly worked with me to get exactly where I needed to be. They put in a lot of time and effort, and I appreciate it more than I can say. Special thanks to Derrick and Hunter — both were amazing throughout the entire process.   Worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. The dealership lied to us multiple times throughout the process in almost on every aspect of the deal. THEY CHANGED THE PRICE OF OUR MONTHLY PAYMENT AFTER THE PAPERWORK WAS SIGNED. We had to come back down and do more paperwork because of there mistake and pay more per month than we were initially told. The salesman, the finance personnel and the managers were useless. They then called me again about a week later and said that they had screwed up again and needed me to come back down to do the numbers again or we could just take our car back and give them the car we bought back. This was the day my child was being born and I told them they could do that and a lawyer would definitely be getting involved. The salesman told me they were going to cover the difference and he was personally going to pay for some of the mistake. This was another total lie and they were trying to change the deal again. We also had wheels swapped out to a finished black wheel from another vehicle that the salesman suggested we do. When we finally received the vehicle with the new wheels the tire pressure sensors didn't work and we took the vehicle down three different times to have them worked on and the sensors would stop working again a few miles down the road. After the third time they told us we needed to talk to the sales department again and the salesman after about a month and a half of barely replying to us and saying someone would call us back and ignoring us said his new sales manager would call me. The new sales manager was as useless as the previous help that we received from the entire jeff wyler lawrenceburg team and told me that there was nothing that he could do to help me and that the deal was to have the different rims put on not that they operated correctly. Wow, Absolute garbage of a dealership. I have previously bought three other vehicles from this location, one was when it was still Kidd Dodge. I don't know if the fire burnt up all integrity and commitment to customers or if they are just out to screw everyone as much as they can but DO NOT BUY a vehicle from here. If you are a lawyer that is reading this and think you can help me there are alot more details that would take to much time to put in this review but there is some serious fraudulent activity going on down there please reach out to me...Again DONT BUY FROM JEFF WYLER LAWRENCEBURG!!!

  I dropped my jeep off on 2/12/26 and it wasn’t completed until 3/18/26. That’s 35 days for a warranty repair job. It is understandable to have delays on jobs on occasion, but this was definitely excessive. Even with the long wait time, it still could’ve been somewhat manageable if they would’ve communicated to me what was going on regularly. But that didn’t happen. I had to text or call multiple times before anyone would respond to me with a status. At one point on a Monday, I was told by the service advisor that I’d have an update by 10am the next day (Tuesday), so when I didn’t hear anything I called around 11am and was told that the service advisor was off that day. So I did not get any update at all. They definitely do not treat you as a valued customer, especially for warranty repairs. I do understand a process has to be followed when doing a warranty repair but it was obvious that my jeep was put on the back burner for several days. I ended up contacting Stellantis, the Jeep manufacturer, to help me get some answers. There is a huge difference in the customer service at this dealership compared to other dealerships in the tri-state area. And I’ve had not one, not two, but multiple different people tell me they’ve had similar experiences to (if not worse than) mine when they took their vehicle to this dealership. So bad so that they removed their vehicle and took it to the jeep/ram/crysler/dodge dealership in Batesville, IN to have the service completed. There is much room for improvement here. I hope this review (and others like it) will help them do better in the future. I do appreciate that they were able to fix my jeep. It’s only been 6 days, but so far so good.
