They had 5-6 employees just standing around and refused to open the second bay. People were pulling in and then leaving multiple times. They didn’t even bother to communicate with any of us what was going on. They finally opened the second bay and then tried to upsell me everything under the sun. The actual oil change took 15 minutes. They had to google how to reset my maintenance required light and had me personally do it…… Even with a $25 off coupon it was still over $70. Walmart without coupons is cheaper and they won’t try to upsell you everything. Unfortunately I will not be back. I even contacted Corporate about the situation.
