    I spoke with Deven today who is a salesman at the Lawerenceburg Dealership. I spoke to him on a new Jeep Wrangler Sahara they had on the lot. I asked Deven to send me a text and I would send pictures and information of my trade in for the vehicle to get a ball park trade value, (I am 2 hours away from the dealership). This was at 10am on February 28th, at 1:30pm I still had not heard anything from Deven so I called the dealership. I was told he was busy. At 2:30pm I texted Deven and no reply . Fast forward to 4:00pm I called the dealership and asked for a different salesman. I spoke to the same salesman (name unknown) who answered the phone each time I called. This Saleman took my information, vin number of my truck, milage, and we discussed the condition of the truck. , I told him where I was on price for my trade value . This salesman told me he would call me right back in 10 minutes. Well, it is 7:10pm and I didn’t hear anything back from Deven or the other salesman who answered the phone each time I called. The second salesman (name unknown) knew I wanted to talk to someone and even told me he had nothing to do and would be able to help me . After the Saleman (unknown name) and I discussed a trade value I told him if we were close I would even be down today to purchase the new jeep from the dealerships. Im my opinion this dealership/sales team has a issue with following up with customer . Even if you didn’t want my trade in or wasn’t able to give me what I wanted in trade value it is still imprortant to follow up with the customer! I’ll take my business to some where other than ANY Jeff Wyler dealership!

    I had my truck towed in on a Sunday night. I spoke with James, the service writer, on Monday morning. The truck was diagnosed by Tuesday with repairs authorized and completed by Wednesday. They were ahead of what was promised by more that a day early. Nobody wants catastrophic failure in their vehicle, but Wyler L’Burg had me back up and running quickly! Thanks!

    Had an issue with my 24 Jeep Wrangler, front tire kept shaking. Took it to the Lawrenceburg Jeff Wheeler dealership. Everyone was very nice. They got me in. They also got me a rental car because I have to be on call for the hospital and everything was taken care of within a day or so as they had to order out a part I will definitely return for any future repairs or needs.

    For good service, look elsewhere. First off, their service appointments mean nothing. Completely unaware that I was coming in or why I was coming in even though it was communicated when the appointment was made. There were multiple ways in which this interaction could have still been a positive one even though my vehicle wasn't going to get fixed. Some of those ways are on corporate and some are on the local team -- none of those happened. In any case, I will not be returning to any Jeff Wyler location.

    Jeep was filthy when we got it back. Inner fenders and wheels are caked and stained in some kind of mud concrete slug that won’t come off. Noise we took it in for still happening. Never driven to check noise because are not miles marked on paperwork are incorrect. Say in at 56660 our at 56668. Current has 56668 and drove it home over 4 miles with supposedly no miles added. Have videos taken by Jeff Wyler showing mud and dirt bad between two videos taken. First clean second a mess. Jeep is garage kept never put mudding. . Would love to hear from general of Jeff Wyler. Thanks
