This famous words of wisdom as I walked out the door..."that's not how it works"... Well bud listen up that's how I work I'm not driving 50 miles round trip to bring you $30,000... We came to talk about a few issues we were having with the car we already had (no fault to jeff wyler it was the warranty company) We were greeted by Randy where he listened to our concerns and we started going over all of pur options. The entire experience with Randy was like talking to a best friend. We never felt pressured into anything. He genuinely just cared about us and what was best for our family as people and not just to make a sale. We ended up trading our car in for a 2022 mazda cx5. We have never had a bad experience at Jeff Wyler and we will forever be returning customers. Huge thank you to Randy for all of his help and making the process so easy! Another huge thank you to Maggie for talking with us about her knowledge of mazdas and Jesse for making the signing process so easy.

- JRJim RossOct 27, 20251.0I had several conversations with a salesman who was eager to help with a car for my nephew. On Friday at 3:30 I told the salesman I wanted the car. The only thing left to decide was how/where we would meet to finish the deal since they are 70 miles away. 3 hours later, he called to inform me the car sold. We had a verbal agreement and because someone AFTER me wanted the car and he agreed to pay more money, they sold it out from under me. I’m certain the sales mgr was pulling the strings. The salesman did apologize but then also tried to sell me another more expensive car out of my nephew’s price range. Jeff Wyler has multiple dealerships paid for by doing business this way. No integrity here.
