- KQKeith Quan4 days ago1.0I dropped my truck off sunday for diagnosing a check engine light. I had an appointment on Monday at 7:30. I called to see if there was an update Monday @2pm. Ben my advisor said the tech didn’t have an update and they would call. After that I called back Wednesday @2 and they said it’s a stuck EGR valve and sometimes it’s just because of the cold. So they cleared the code and parked the truck inside over night to see if I would come back. Thursday @4 I called again to get an update. They said the code never came back and I could pick up my truck. As soon as I picked it up and stared it the check engine light was back on. After, bringing this up to Ben they said they would get my truck in first thing Friday morning to do a little more digging and call me with an update. I had to call back on Monday &2pm and they said it was a EGT Sensor and not the EGR. After a week they finally diagnosed it and I was able to order the part. I was very unsatisfied in the lack of communication they never once called me and even with having a appointment first thing Monday morning it didn’t seem like my truck was looked at till Wednesday.

Randy treated me with Great hospitality and respect for being a younger customer (19). He assisted me in the purchase of a 2015 cls63 s amg. Made sure the car was in very clean condition and made trading in my lexus rc350 f sport a breeze. Highly recommend having Randy as your sales guy very enthusiastic and kind. Also their lot has a wide plethora of vehicles to choose from. Fantastic sales team at this Jeff wyler dealership.

We came to talk about a few issues we were having with the car we already had (no fault to jeff wyler it was the warranty company) We were greeted by Randy where he listened to our concerns and we started going over all of pur options. The entire experience with Randy was like talking to a best friend. We never felt pressured into anything. He genuinely just cared about us and what was best for our family as people and not just to make a sale. We ended up trading our car in for a 2022 mazda cx5. We have never had a bad experience at Jeff Wyler and we will forever be returning customers. Huge thank you to Randy for all of his help and making the process so easy! Another huge thank you to Maggie for talking with us about her knowledge of mazdas and Jesse for making the signing process so easy.
