Called and filed a formal complaint. Not only that but the car smelled like marijuna when we were given the car then go to make a switch and they take back the car when they broke the policy first buy the car not being clean smelling. Not only putting the driver at risk if pulled over but anyone other them as well. Went to months ago with a family member to get a car said that they had available and it was not ready in the same girl was there and gave it the same family member a hard time and we had to drive to Harrison location to pick up another car even though the girl at the location said the car was ready. The level of unprofessionalism in this place is just ridiculous.
