I went back there to wait since I was told 4-6 hours for push-to-start vehicles, and my car was sitting off to the side while another car was being worked on. I had already received activation emails but no phone call about completion. I would have liked more prompt communication once the job was done.

Although quality of work was below average, being as that I’ve been in the automotive service industry my entire adult life I can say with confidence…do better. Regardless of age, mileage, etc any customers vehicle should be treated as if driven off the showroom floor, and unfortunately whomever serviced my vehicle failed at this task. Dash board that was in pristine condition now has clear gouges, scratches, and a small chuck missing from where they were prying on the bezel around the speedometer. There are ways to have prevented this, secondly there is a wire leading into the engine bay spliced into my horn, which now doesn’t work and it was sloppily routed… please do better.
