    This place is filled with great customer service and Good people!!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else to rent a vehicle but here!!! Their cars are new and nice too. Great great management and staff all the time every time. They never miss!!

    Tried to rent a car twice through this location, both times got a call day of that they had no cars available. Had my car booked months in advance knowing I got burned the previous time, only for them to set the pick up time after the branch had closed. Corporate was nice enough to push back my reservation to the next day, until I got a call 30 minutes later that they had no cars available.

    The employee who got us set up for our rental was professional and friendly. Even did an excellent job of explaining all of the features in the Envista. He made our experience very pleasant. Should we have anymore rental needs, we will definitely call Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Thanks for the great service, Even!

    I used the McCarty Lane location in Lafayette,IN! The man who helped me was Evan and he went above and beyond to take care of things. He was such a sweet guy with great customer service. This location has the best group of people. Will def use them in the future.
