During my last visit I waited 45 minutes while they shuffled people around and it was generally chaotic. During today's visit, I waited nearly an hour with no movement in the bay and left without getting any service. Probably shouldn't use "instant" oil change if its going to take upwards of an hour. Manager seems to spend more time upselling and chatting than he does checking on vehicles. Will be looking for other options for my oil change needs.

Not only did the service take two hours but they also stripped his wheel studs while removing lug nuts and told him they couldn’t fix it and to go elsewhere to get ALL his tires rethreaded. And still charged him full price for all services. This took place the morning of Saturday 11/8.

I brought my 2001 Volkswagen Jetta to this Valvoline location for a transmission fluid change, and right after the service my car started having serious problems — slipping, slow engagement, and getting stuck in 3rd gear (limp mode). Before the fluid change, my transmission worked fine. The issue appeared immediately after they changed the oil. I later learned that these VW transmissions require a specific VW-approved fluid (G 052 162 A2) and a very precise fill procedure with the car at a certain temperature. If done incorrectly or with the wrong fluid, it can cause exactly these problems. When I returned to the shop to ask for help, they refused to take responsibility or even offer to inspect what might have gone wrong. I asked for a fair solution — at least to check or replace the fluid properly — but they just said it wasn’t their fault. Now I’m left with a car that doesn’t shift correctly and a big repair bill, all because of a simple service gone wrong. I’m writing this to warn other customers: double-check what fluid they use and make sure they follow the correct VW procedure. Transmission service is not the same as an oil change — a small mistake can cost thousands of dollars. I hope Valvoline corporate will reach out and make this right. After the fluid change, I scanned my car and found codes P0768 (Shift Solenoid 4 Circuit Failure) and P0785 (Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction) — both directly related to incorrect fluid level or pressure inside the transmission. These appeared immediately after Valvoline changed my transmission oil, proving the issue started from that service.
