  I had a screw in left rear tire and a nail in the sidewall of the right rear. Quoted $30 to repair the left rear and $110 to replace the right rear. After the vehicle was on the rack, and work had begun, I was informed that they didn't have the tire quoted. The only tire available would be $60 more. At that time I obviously was stuck. I was in Lafayette from Speedway on business and couldn't wait for them to get the tire quoted later that afternoon. A little "Bait and Switch"? Whatever it was, I will not be back to Tire Barn.

  I have been a customer for years- buying tires for both vehicles. Several days ago I had a tire rotation done in my Jeep Liberty& returned today to have the lug nuts checked. My service was pleasant, timely & efficient. I highly recommend Tire Barn.

  Good part: they helped me on a Sunday. Bad part: they couldn’t reset my tire sensors/gauge because the device was broken (and had been for weeks), sending me elsewhere (CarX) to wait in line for them to do it. The reason why that was a big deal is that they said an hour in and out and it was already close to 2 hours! At an hour they hadn’t even looked at it yet.

  They are very friendly, but I've been to Tire Barn three times and each visit has caused problems with my tires. First, I had two changed and a few days later one lost air. Then they fixed another rear tire and it also lost air. To make matters worse, they left one lug nut loose, and when my husband checked, the others were loose too—all this less than two weeks after they had inspected all four tires. I'm very concerned about the safety and attention to detail of their service.

  1/27/26 - I would like to commend two employees for their exceptional customer service. After discovering a screw on my tire following work on a Friday, I visited the shop solely to request that they fix the flat. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Eric at the front desk, who demonstrated a high level of professionalism by being friendly and composed despite the substantial number of customers present. My account is registered under my wife's name due to a prior experience where she had a flat tire on I-65 and received outstanding assistance from the employees, transforming a potentially stressful situation into a seamless resolution. This after making other stops along the way where she wasn’t treated like a customer but a woman. This positive experience has led to our continued patronage. I informed Eric of my situation, and he estimated the repair would take an hour and a half. I subsequently inquired about the possibility of balancing and rotating the tires, to which Eric readily agreed without hesitation. The efficiency of the service team was impressive, as evidenced by the completion of the task in approximately 40 minutes, after which Adam courteously notified my wife. This experience reinforces the notion that the staff consistently deliver prompt service with a commitment to customer satisfaction, surpassing estimated times. I would like to extend my gratitude to Eric, Adam, and the entire service team for their exceptional service.
