I called and talked to Adam, the assistant service manager and asked why Walmart was $50 cheaper and if they could offer any sort of discount. He said no and that’s just the price it is.

To my surprise, they said it would be done in an hour, and it was actually done in 30 minutes!! I was definitely pleasantly surprised and happy to be back on the road so quickly. To top it all off, it was a tire they had originally installed, so the repair was FREE! Great customer service!

- ACAmy ClawsonOct 27, 20253.0You used to be able to see through the windows when they were doing your car work-not anymore. Plus, when you ask what was wrong with your tire, they show you a picture. Not that I don’t believe anyone, however, I’d be much more at ease if I’d have seen my actual tire instead of a picture. This happened twice. I had no question about the slit in my sidewall during my first visit because it was pouring air out. During my second visit, it was a much slower leak. I recently lost my husband and I worry when doing things like this. Especially at 0ver $250.00 per tire. As far as it goes tho, they did promptly get me in and out and for that I’m thankful.
