The work cost hundreds of dollars.and had components that require servicing. Nobody was interested in demonstrating the servicing or operating of the work completed. Second, found your bathroom to be disappointing. I have some mobility issues. I found the entrance door to be non ADA compliant. Public access doors are required to be 36 inches. The toilet is no complian. It should be 21 inches tall with assist bars to help in the rising after use. The sink is not firmly attached to the wall. If I had to use the toilet in the sit down position, I would have to ask one of your personnel to remove from he toilet. I would hope that you will address this issue before someone gets stuck in an embarrassing situation. Third , you sliding patio door is to narrow. All exterior exit doors are required to have 36 inches of opening. Again it is only 32”. The door sill is non ADA compliant. I would hope that you would pay attention to these issues before a customer I embarrassed or injured by these issues.
