- EMEd MorningAug 7, 20193.0Have taken my wifes van to get repaired.took longer than expected.when we got it looked good except the passanger door that was fixed looked good. But the finished work sucked.the door did not fit flush.took it back they tried to ajust it.and didnt .work so had to bring it back.also the mat on the drivers side was missing.but they found it.so i took it over for the 3rd time.it was to be scheduled to be fixed but they forgot about it.i was mad.i have used percesion collecision.the old company with troubles too .thought Gerber would be better.fat chance of that.the work is good but no quality .control fix it. rush it out.there final work is terrible.when i took it back a rep.who is tall and bald with a beard (no glasses) is rude and said .well dont bring your cars here to be repaired anymore if you dont like it...if this the way they treat there customers.why the hell would any body go there.guess he dont. Who the hell pays his wages.no customers .no sales .im sure i came on a little strong.but what does it take to fix it right the first time
