I have been lied to twice for this situation alone being told my information is being sent to upper management and they would call me, still havent recieved a call. I rent hundreds of cars a year and have always been given a 30 minute return time frame. Enterprise has completely let me down again, and I truly will never rent from you again. Give me my money back.
