  I used my debit card here on August 2025 and everything was fine. Then I came back to pick my reserved car on December 2025 expecting that I can use my debit card as before, then they denied my debit card and I didn't have enough funds on my credit cards. They told me they accept only credit card if you are non-Indiana resident and with $300 deposits. They accept debit card only for Indiana residents, but I checked on their policy website and it didn't say anything about Indiana residents or non-Indiana residents.Entreprise rental car is a nationwide company and why they treat Indiana residents and non-Indiana residents separately, I don't know. In fact I live in West Lafayette and I pay tax to Indiana State but I have an Ohio driving license and I didn't change it yet. Eventually, I called Budget car rental and they told me they can take my card and they didn't asked me any deposits. I called Lyft and Lyft dropped me at Budget rentals located at 840 Sagamore Pky and they gave me Volkswagen SUV 2025 with 269 horse power Turbo charging engine. Long live Budget and Avis rental cars. They take your debit cards with out deposits. Budget and Avis don't ask if you are from here or from there. As long as you have money, they take it.

  I'm very satisfied with the service I have received with Enterprise car rental and Truck rental, at the corner of Sagamore Parkway and Greenbush st. Everyone who has worked with me, has gone above and beyond what I expected. I will definitely rent from them again.

From start to finish, they made the entire process smooth, professional, and stress-free. The vehicle I rented—a 2025 Nissan Rogue—was spotless inside and out, ran beautifully, and clearly had been well maintained. The pickup process was efficient and organized; the team had the car ready at the exact time promised, and the paperwork took only a few minutes. Alexandra was friendly, attentive, and took the time to walk me around the car, ensuring there were no surprises or hidden marks before signing. Returning the car was just as easy. John greeted me personally, checked the vehicle promptly, and made sure the final bill matched exactly what was quoted. I really appreciated that level of transparency—no unexpected add-ons or confusing charges. Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Alexandra and John run a top-notch operation, and I’ll definitely be renting from this location again.
