Jackie and Evan were friendly, very polite and professional and went the extra mile to obtain a vehicle for me, a great relief since my vehicle needed repairs. A very good experience!!

I see the response below but I already contacted the location with details and was told the charges wouldn't be changed. Here's a bit more information from the detailed communication sent via a response to the emailed bill: I'm pretty dissatisfied today. I did not anticipate that the daily rate was $60. Telling me that the weekly rate is based on five days with free weekends isn't really an appropriate answer. Considering that I dropped the car off at one week plus a few hours I would expect an additional $60/24 x 6 for a total of $15. I would even be satisfied with a daily rate of $300/7 ($43.00) I did make a phone call to the branch. In the future I will insist that weekly, daily, and hourly rates be listed on the rental agreement when I pick up the car. I feel scammed right now, and I don't like it.
