Such a great experience. Family run, quick turn around time, great conversation about what was immediately needed and what may be needed in the future. I have been a loyal client for 25 years and still recommend them. They have never not supported me, my vehicles, my children and their vehicles. Honest, understanding, loyal, truthful, and superior service. They are family, but not by blood. I trust them with all of my vehicles need…completely.

Ignore any negative reviews that you see on this shop, Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler - this is your place, these guys GET IT DONE!! Traveling Ohio to Chicago, found my serpentine belt shredding with a stop in Lafayette, had to stay the night, called this shop next morning, told them what was going on, they said bring it in ASAP, they had it diagnosed (water pump) in 20min, parts ordered, old parts pulled off and buttoned up in ~2hrs at a reasonable cost! It’s an entire team atmosphere here, taking care of whoever walks thru their door, Purdue students, travelers, Lafayette citizens, and the shop is cozy while you wait! Truly can’t say enough about this place, much appreciated fellas!

Got me in same day, inspected the whole vehicle, good price for work done, and got it done before I was done with work. Very friendly and efficient.

I’ve had work done twice at this shop on my 2007 Honda CRV. First visit (February 2023) was to replace my alternator and replace my brakes (pads & rotors, front & rear). In total, brakes were $700.78. I thought this was high, but it was done in a few days. Alternator was $460 - again, happy to have it done at the same shop visit. Only misstep on my first visit was them replacing my rear wiper blade for $21 — which I did not ask for or want, but felt that because the work was already completed, I should just pay it. They did waive the $60 fee to bleed and flush the brake system when I expressed the cost was higher than their quote. My first visit totaled $1,181.78 before tax. Next visit was August 2023, because one of my rear brake calipers had seized and ground through the new pads and rotor. The shop got me in quickly, and I took the opportunity to also get an oil change. THIS TIME, I was charged $116 for the labor to install new pads and a rotor (parts covered until warranty), a cost that was previously just $84 (and I paid $181.38 for a new caliper). This is a $42 increase in labor for a set of brake pads and a rotor. I was also charged $60 to bleed and flush the brake system. In all, I paid nearly $358 because the caliper failed. Oil change was $70 for just parts. I felt like the shop was at fault for the caliper failing just a few months after having my brakes done. I mentioned to the shop that I thought someone failed to grease the pins on the caliper properly when it was installed, but I was waved off. They tacked on $40 for ‘shop supplies’ on my second visit. My second visit totaled $467.29 before tax. I mentioned at the desk after my second visit that I knew what I paid last time for the pads and rotor, and the guy at the desk jumped and asked what I paid last time 😂 He said that costs recently went up… which I understand because of inflation. It was at this point that he kindly waived the labor charge for the oil change. I haven’t been back to the shop, because I feel they overcharged to replace the pads and rotor, and took no responsibility for the caliper failing. The pricing was too ‘willy nilly’, and as a young female graduate student, I felt a bit taken advantage of. They did waive some fee on each visit— which I am grateful for— but I feel like this shouldn’t be necessary if the pricing was fair and transparent to start with. I am writing this review nearly 1.5 years later, sitting in front of my vehicle paperwork, because I still feel annoyed that they didn’t take any responsibility for the caliper and I was overcharged. Three stars because the work was done and I've had no further issues. Minus two stars for over-charging and lack of accountability for my caliper which was costly to fix.
