  Such a great experience. Family run, quick turn around time, great conversation about what was immediately needed and what may be needed in the future. I have been a loyal client for 25 years and still recommend them. They have never not supported me, my vehicles, my children and their vehicles. Honest, understanding, loyal, truthful, and superior service. They are family, but not by blood. I trust them with all of my vehicles need…completely.

  Ignore any negative reviews that you see on this shop, Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler - this is your place, these guys GET IT DONE!! Traveling Ohio to Chicago, found my serpentine belt shredding with a stop in Lafayette, had to stay the night, called this shop next morning, told them what was going on, they said bring it in ASAP, they had it diagnosed (water pump) in 20min, parts ordered, old parts pulled off and buttoned up in ~2hrs at a reasonable cost! It’s an entire team atmosphere here, taking care of whoever walks thru their door, Purdue students, travelers, Lafayette citizens, and the shop is cozy while you wait! Truly can’t say enough about this place, much appreciated fellas!

  Got me in same day, inspected the whole vehicle, good price for work done, and got it done before I was done with work. Very friendly and efficient.

  Mixed review after going here. What they did well: They got the car in to look at it within an hour even though they were busy. Had the vehicle repaired within a couple days which was excellent People were friendly Price for work done was reasonable What needs work and why I would use caution if you are clueless about cars: After they looked at it they called and said the vehicle is undrivable and needs over $1,300 in repairs. This is where I'm a bit disappointed in how they operate. I call them back and am told it needs control arms, struts and rear shocks. I question how rear shocks are causing the original problem and am told it's just time since they are original and the car is 14 years old. They could've easily been more upfront and on the original call been more like: you need control arms replaced to get the vehicle running again for $300. However it's also probably time to get the shocks and struts done but not urgent at this time to get the vehicle running again. As when I questioned him I was told the rear shocks did not have to be done. Just seems like they could be a bit more transport and not try to get every dollar possible.
