During service, the driver-side door panel was damaged and the shop acknowledged it would need replacement. A courtesy inspection performed during the visit (which I did not request) noted corrosion on the brake line. Immediately after leaving, my brake system failed and the vehicle became unsafe to drive due to a brake fluid leak. I barely made it home. I contacted the shop from home and was offered another inspection, but was also told I could be charged if they determined it was not their responsibility. Given the damage during service and the safety issue immediately after, I did not feel comfortable returning. I had the vehicle inspected and repaired at another shop at my own expense. I have also contacted corporate regarding this situation. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before using this location.
