  They were rude and very preoccupied on the phone while talking to me about my tires. They kept my vehicle multiple days past what they originally said and overall service I just felt like a burden.

  I’ve had multiple family vehicles in for service the people who I’ve met have done the one thing I look for in customer service, “undepromise, and Overdeliver” when it comes to every aspect of the job. From the front counter professionalism from Brian, Dallas, Lonnie, Madison, and a couple others, to techs discussing options and costs with the customer, Just today they managed to squeeze my wife’s vehicle in (when they were rightfully swamped, the words out on how proficient they are)which needed a flat fixed. They fixed the flat, then over delivered with rotating the tires while ensuring each wheel had the corrosion removed and tire beaded to perfection to prevent future leaks. Then checking that the vehicle was safe for my family to drive and ride in. Also, at the front counter, they truly care for their customers, I witnessed that today when a gentlemen manning the front assisted another customer he let the young man know that the vehicle was unsafe to drive and tire sidewall was compromised and could not be fixed. Explaining gently to the young man that he would need a new tire the workers recognized the distress that the young man could not afford this, respectfully one way or another the professionals that work at Belle ensured the young man was able to purchase a tires to get him to and work and home safely. Remarkably, that is what it is all about. They get my business from here on out and I’ll spread the word. Lastly, the techs who do the work. Know their stuff and do it right the first time. I wish I knew the all around quality of bell tire sooner. I hope this helps others when they need to make a decision on who to trust to keep their vehicle repair reasonably priced, and the job done as if their own families would be riding in these vehicles. They truly care. And that’s why I’m all in.

  I got their credit card at the beginning of last year and now this year after getting tires put on my car they tell me they no longer accept this card and I will have to have some other form of payment last time I go here good thing TIRE BARN still takes this card
