The said Enterprise was taking a long time to approve charges, made a call to work to find out they submitted a request for a battery because it “tested low” without saying anything to me. I would have told them the battery is less than a year old and under warranty someplace else . They wasted an 1 hr 20 mins of my life, felt like a money grab because it was a work van, nobody would do that to a paying customer. Immediately took it to Advanced Auto and battery tested full. Have never had anything like this happen there before , would just encourage anyone with a work vehicle to tell them to inform you of any services or parts needed before submitting it to your company for approval .

Courtesy Tech Caleb explained what was happening and rechecked tire pressure when the level listed on my doorframe did not match the standard for my vehicle listed with Jiffy Lube. CSA Joshua answered all my questions and concerns in a professional, pleasant manner. He also warned me that my year-old battery was not being held down properly (and explained why it really should be!), and fashioned an appropriate hold-down for it. He found a correct size/shape wiper and blade, though the specific one for my vehicle was not in stock, and overall made me feel fortunate to have this team of workers assisting me. Thanks to all the staff!
