  I had to wait outside the bay doors so long that I called to see if they was open. When I find get to enter I felt like they didnt want yo be working today. Ive been getting my oil changed with Valvoline for many years. Its my first and last time at this one im sorry to say.

  Matt was absolutely amazing, kind and helpful. He went above and beyond for us and made sure our vehicle was in the best possible condition before we left for home (Iowa). Would definitely go back when we come back next time!

  It did cost me more money and inconvenience to have to go dealership. Lee was very nice and professional 👏 he did great doing up sales I do think the technicians should have training so customers do not have this experience. I am not stupid when it comes to cars, my dad owns a mechanic shop in another town. I know that the lugs were crossed threaded when the lugnuts were removed as the lugs would not be removable if it was cross threaded prior to being there. Please properly train your staff and use tools correctly

  I don’t usually frequent the area, but I put off the dreaded oil change long enough so I stopped in today. Let me just say, Gavin saw me pull up and immediately motioned me to the open bay. When I pulled up Matt greeted me and started explaining the services available to me. Michael was as also extremely helpful and kind. I did not catch the managers name but he was also very friendly and all the guys here were smiling and just seemed to be having a good time. Everybody at this location just had a great attitude, it was so refreshing in a world gone so dark. My favorite thing about going to a new place or anywhere in general really is being able to meet some super cool people. This was a 10/10 experience for me, everybody was so personable and so kind. This is the kind of thing that makes all the difference when it comes to where a customer is willing to go again. While this may not have been my “local” location, when in Kokomo, I’m coming back here every time. :)
