  I don’t usually frequent the area, but I put off the dreaded oil change long enough so I stopped in today. Let me just say, Gavin saw me pull up and immediately motioned me to the open bay. When I pulled up Matt greeted me and started explaining the services available to me. Michael was as also extremely helpful and kind. I did not catch the managers name but he was also very friendly and all the guys here were smiling and just seemed to be having a good time. Everybody at this location just had a great attitude, it was so refreshing in a world gone so dark. My favorite thing about going to a new place or anywhere in general really is being able to meet some super cool people. This was a 10/10 experience for me, everybody was so personable and so kind. This is the kind of thing that makes all the difference when it comes to where a customer is willing to go again. While this may not have been my “local” location, when in Kokomo, I’m coming back here every time. :)

  Went in for transmission fluid flush, the team was able to conclude that it was low to begin with, after getting it to proper level, the transmission service was quick. Just as fast as the oil change.

  I used them faithfully but Never again. Both of our vehicles are missing fasteners that hold up skid plates. Inspect your vehicle if you go there

  I travel around a lot and love this Valvoline the best. I’ve stopped by a few times over the last year and they always have super friendly service and are always happy to help. They’re very thorough and explain everything well. This time when I came in Lee helped me with my oil change and car maintenance and he was absolutely great!

  Extremely good customer service, pleasant employees and amazingly quick service. No pressure to purchase extra products. No problem using a coupon I brought in. When it’s time for my next service, I know where I’ll be going.
