They first made me feel very welcome and they gave me time to calm down after my scary encounter with my car. They did a thorough inspection of my car and explained it to me in a way that I understood. They offered me a loaner car in case I had anything else to do for my job or if I wanted to grab some lunch. I didn't take them up on the loaner car, but appreciated them offering it to me. They didn't try to upsell me for anything because I was a woman. And they got me out quickly. They even called me the next day to see how the car was running. If you need a mechanic in Kokomo, I would recommend them.
