My baby was crying pretty much the whole time and they reassured me that it was okay. I really appreciated that and didn’t feel like I was being a huge burden. It was quick service and a friendly atmosphere!

He made sure to explain everything that was being done and I definitely appreciate that they actually show you the other things you may need replaced/fixed instead of just trying to convince you to spend more unnecessary money like some other places do. Would definitely recommend!

I was out of town and chose this location due being next door to the Crew Car Wash, perfect spot just drove over and got the two things I needed for my car done so conveniently! The Asst Manager of this location is who helped me. He displayed his knowledge and experience and was a good lead for the other employee as they worked to get my oil change done. He will do great things for Strickland Brothers. Give him the room and support and you have a facility manager in training, I believe. Next time I am at my daughter's I am planning on just having my oil changed here. Excellent all the way around. The Asst Manager and I had a good laugh when my car decided to get alittle sassy. All in good fun and made the experience even that more sweeter!
