- JBJaye ButlerOct 14, 20251.0Never going back, they took 4 months to do my brake lines with little communication. there were a few hiccups and they had to order parts but I still feel my truck was put on the back burner. when they did call me they would tell me it would only be a few more days for the last month and a half it was there. When I asked for an itemized list before they started working on it, they said they “didn’t do that here and it would all be on the receipt”. they jacked my alignment when they test drove it, it was completely fine when I dropped it off, when I picked it up I could barely drive it because it was so bad. When I went to clean it out i also found a leaking bottle of brake fluid on the floor of the cab, it left a large stain on my brand new interior. Highly recommend going somewhere else, especially if you are a woman. my brother in law had a great experience besides it taking a long time with great communication but were rather vague with me and I had to call them for updates just to get the same excuses.
