I know it's the choice of the location so I really shouldn't be upset, but I assumed since between my wife and me having over 100 days worth of rental time for the last year and then seeing how often we were there I would've been given something better and not the minimum choice. On top of that I'm now working out of state and made that known on a call with one of the associates and wanted to see if I could do the re sign here in state and was told I would get charged the one way fee at $1.50 per mile so I had to drive 1,400 hundred miles this weekend just to learn when I got there that I could've did what I asked about on a call with someone from the Kokomo office a couple days prior which was visit any Enterprise from the city i was in which was very disheartening since the associate i spoke to said he had confirmed that I needed to come to that specific office. Because of this misinformation I had to leave this state, get a rental from another company for my wife to make it to work while i was gone, hire a babysitter for my child since i now couldn't watch him, I missed events I was supposed to attend along with losing a weekend of my life to unneeded travel. Other than Jordan apologizing for the inconvenience and saying she wished I would've got to talk to her before coming, I'm actually very upset, dissatisfied and wouldn't recommend due to me not knowing who they would speak with and if they would get treated properly.
