    OK, so I went to AutoZone so that they could hook my car up because my check engine light came on their thing was not working so I went to Advanced auto on Markland and let me tell you General manager Thomas Walker hooked me up he hooked up my car we figured out what the problem was it was in no time at all. air sensor for your engine and he hooked me up with the part right then is there he even put it in for me didn’t charge me nothing and I’m just so grateful to him so if you’re having something going on with your car, you don’t know why your check the engine light is on. This Is the place to go?

    The manager Thomas was EXTREMELY helpful! Even drove me a part and helped me fix the problem I was having because the new alternator I purchased was faulty. Definitely recommend talking to Thomas when going in. Super cool guy, extremely helpful. Will come back in the future!!

    Very disappointed in the quality of service I received at this store. I bought a valve cover gasket and received the wrong part at no fault to that employee due to not having enough info at the time. After this realization I returned the part and had to have the correct part ordered from Indy and delivered. They shipped the wrong part, so now we're on try number 3 on trying to get the right part and still haven't received it and saying it should be here tomorrow. How do you guys send a gasket that is clearly labeled FORD 4.0 for a Chevrolet product is beyond me. Or put the right part number sticker on the wrong part, there is a severe lack of thoroughness. I've registered my email through you guys numerous times, linked to my number just to be told on several occasions my email is no longer registered and I have to keep re adding it. Am I even guaranteed warranty replacement on my parts I buy if you guys can't find my email? Even with providing a receipt? Makes you wonder. Wasting 3 trips to the auto parts store cause you guys aren't double checking your work is unacceptable. At this point I expect the cost of my gasket covered with what time, fuel and runaround I've been given.
