  Yiiiikes. No wonder I spent hours waiting on an approval. No communication whatsoever on added expenses on the service. What was initially a simple tire change turned into a +$1,800 scamming opportunity by the store manager himself. Shame on you River. Sent off on a spare tire. 👎🏽

  I'm about to lose my job and get a lot going on right now. I wasn't gonna be able to afford to get my tires done. But they worked with me more than I thought they would, and I am very impressed.

  The worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life, sent my wife up there to get a couple of things looked at while I was at work they shattered the headlights proceeded to say it was there fault and they were gonna replace it for free then proceeded to try and charge for headlights that they broke. A joke of a company would recommend going anywhere else told me my battery was bad and quoted me $400 even tho I just bought a new one and changed it two days before we came in went somewhere to get it tested and came back and shown them it was fine and they tried to change the script.

  Belle Tire in Kokomo trying to scam me into buying a new tire and not even fixing my flat. He said my tread depth is too low… really. These tires are gonna last me through this upcoming winter… he brought out his tread depth tool and claimed it was at 3. I used to work there so I got one at home. Ain’t no way his is that far off. Dudes either got a broken tool or trying to scam people into buying tires. Do better. Had this fixed in 30min by myself. Thanks Belle Tire. Anyone else had similar experiences? For people saying my tires are dry rotted, I understand. They’re 5 years old. All tires will have formed some sort of dry rot by then. I went ahead and added some statistics so people can see DRY ROT IS NOT THE PROBLEM. The problem is 1. He never even mentioned the dry rot. Just seemed like they didn’t want the work, which is fair when it’s a free flat repair. I always tip the tech that repairs it. 2. Do NOT try to lie to me about the tread depth of these tires. Once again ain’t no way his tool is that far off and we measured in the same spot. 3. They should be eager to help customers instead of pushing work away to different shops. Pure laziness. I will say however, Phil and Jerry are some good techs there. It was a pleasure to work with them 🫡 don’t know about the tire techs anymore tho
