UPDATE: I did my normal checks and found that the air filter was installed wrong and barely making a seal. The last 2 times we went in this happened. I thought the first time was an accident and now it looks like poor training. Completely crushed the air filter to get the top back on. For something thats not even asked for, it has caused more hassle and headaches than its worth
