  Blew my water pump on 1000 and 3 on my way home yesterday limped it to Auto Masters Waited for them to open. Talked to them wanted to confirmed it. Told them we could then talk and schedule it. They then took me home within a hour they called to confirm it. Told me the price and said they could fit it in that day. I said great. By 3:00pm they called to say it had a new water pump, thermostat, and three new belts and was ready for pick up. #small town living, #AutoMasters # Kendallville.

  I want to them 0 rating. I took my car in there to have the motor fixed. They charged me for the inspection charged. And told me the same thing I already knew. Told me I needed a new motor. But there website says they do engin repairs. I drove car for a week. The only problem a noise i the bottom of the engin. Doesn't smoke, still has power it should. They didn't even did all checks. They charged me for doing nothing.

  They are so nice and helpful! My lights on my dash went on for tire pressure and they reset it and checked my pressure on all tires. Thank you so much!

  I came to this place to have DIAGNOSED 4x4 issues and asked only for a diag so I could fix my 4 wheel drive and I called to make sure that I gave my right number to call me when it was done and they said oh it’s done it’s $540. I never asked for the issue to be fixed never authorized it or anything so beware they will not ask you if you want to fix the problem they will just do it and it’s not cheap. $540 to undo 4 bolts and a connector and put new part in. That’s why I was trying to make sure that’s the right thing that needs to be done. Fixed the issue but just be ware will not be back more than likely due to not being able to follow simple instructions..
