- DPDavid ParkApr 22, 20261.0Horrible experience. This car wash broke my rear windshield wiper, and the recovery process was even worse. Instead of offering a straightforward reimbursement for the damage they caused, they ignored me for two weeks. It took fourteen days just to get a return phone call. Their lack of accountability and disregard for customer service is unacceptable.

The most recent wash we told the worker at the gate that last time the driver panel didn’t even get touched and he said it’s working great today. So we gave it another try. This time we had bug guts all over the windshield and the same worker said he could only wipe them off… which he attempted and was not very successful. When we went next door to the gas station we saw the back of the car untouched and the wheel wells and panel behind them still dirty as well. Jeep Grand Cherokee
- AAAimeeMar 16, 20261.0I am writing this to share my experience regarding a recent visit. During the wash, the shark fin antenna on my car was broken off. My antenna was bolted onto the roof of the vehicle Initially, the staff was helpful and directed me to file a claim, stating they would send me to an approved repair shop. However, after following their process, my claim was ultimately denied. Management cited a policy that they do not cover antennas, regardless of the circumstances. In my opinion, the system pressure at this location felt excessive for my vehicle's trim. Given the damage and the lack of resolution, I cannot personally recommend this location to those concerned about exterior fixtures. Their only attempt to resolution was to offer me free car washes. I declined as I value my cars and do not want to risk damaging my other cars coming to to this place as other family members have also had their vehicles damaged at Tommy's carwarsh in the past. I would not reccommend them
