- HHHeather HeathApr 22, 20261.0I went to TD a few weeks ago to get an oil change and my tire plugged. The jobs were done. Paid and left. Next morning my tire was flat. I went back up after work. The gentleman told me that the tire was never plugged that I need new tires. I got new tires but not from them. The man I spoke with the day before flat out lied. And now....my car is leaking oil! I have never had an oil leak before! So I recommend avoiding Tire Discounters on veterans parkway by all means!! They don't sub par work!
- MMMeApr 4, 20265.0Went in for a tire repair because of a nail was in current tire, but had to get a replacement. The replacement tire was vibrating my vehicle, took it back to them, and they took another look at it. Reached out by phone and spoke with the MOD, he was very understanding, apologetic, and told me to bring it in. I did and everything turned out as it should. Thank you all that played a part in taking care of my vehicle's tire tissue. You've gained a customer. I went in today, without an appointment for a replacement signal bulb. It was a very, busy day but they took care of that as well. Thank you again!!
- KWKyle WoodsMar 12, 20261.0Brought the car in for a coolant leak. After fixing the car I broke down on the side of the road and had to tow it back to them to have them fix it again. A few weeks later my engine started to spray gas everywhere. Took it to another mechanic and they said it looked like they had broke something and put some hardener on it to cover it up. I am now waiting to see how much their mistake is going to cost me.
