- JCJonathan CissellNov 14, 20252.0Super friendly service everyone is always polite and honestly it bothers to type this but its needs to be addressed i have 4 cars that I regularly have serviced at this location my f150 was the last one done it came due for a oil change recently just so happens my dads truck was due as well to save some money I went ahead and bought oil and filters and did it at home.....I usualy service my dads truck because he's picky about who touches it and take mine to have it done out of convenience (im a little lazy) needles to say my dads oil filter came off with ease but on my f150 I had to crush and mangle the filter to remove... it was dangerously tight I was nervous I was gonna damage the oil filter housing removing it.....due to this im not sure I will return......the team is super polite and friendly but this should be addressed as this could be a costly repair

This is the only place I get my oil changed at and they always do such a wonderful job. Alex and Cam got the job done quick and everyone was very professional and friendly. - EEEricaOct 16, 20251.0If you are looking to be treated like a thief or experience some of the worse customer service ever then this is your place to be! I visited this location 10/12 after my fiance called to confirm we would be able to get our battery replaced due to warranty. We were told that just bring the battery and while they would prefer to have the vehicle present if it wasn't possible to have the VIN which was great since we were in desperate need of the battery to get the car back in town after being in an accident with our other vehicle the day before. So I head over to store and it's about 15 before close. We park and head inside what i believe was a waiting area so we can get some assistance. About 10 mins later we finally have an employee come in and ask what we needed. I explained to Elijah what was going on and his response was he would check to see if that's possible but we needed to step outside of the waiting area before he would. So we did and just paced outside. Every time we took to the side of building, out of eyesight, we were greeted by him following. I already didnt appreciate being told we had to leave the building so this little behavior instantly made it seem like we were being treated like we were trying to steal. He finally tells us that per his manager he couldn't do a warranty exchange unless the car it was for was present but he could test the battery. At this point we tell him that is not the information we received when we called before coming and explained that the car is in Borden and there is no way we can get it here and we were told it didnt have to be. I then walk away to get on the phone because Elijah said well that wasnt some at the store we spoke with just a call center rep and per policy the car has to be here so I was getting back on with the ones with spoke with. As i do this he also gets on the phone again with his manager and walks away where i can't hear him. I head to my car while on hold to put my purse down and grab the title for Vin. I start speaking to rep on phone about situation which confuses them because she told me that isnt correct at all. So as I go to ask for a supervisor my ride tells me we are all set so not needed. Cool. Elijah ask for the VIN so i start to read it to him and stops me to tell me no he has to have take the title from me in order for this to be accepted verification. Again speaking on the phone with his manager about how he will make sure everything is legit once he has the title to check ownership...... So he walks away after I hand it over.. after another 10 minutes returns with a battery, makes a smart ass comment and walks a way. I do not appreciate being treated as if i was attempting to lie or steal something or had stolen something. It never should have been such an ordeal to get a battery simply replaced and I really hope this is addressed so no one else has to go through it.
