I get that it's going to be closed for Christmas, so I went today. It was closed at 12:30 pm on 12/24, despite the Tommy's website showing 7a-5p today for this location. You know who WAS open (and is always open)? Take 5. They're cheaper, too, so I may have to switch my membership back.

The car wash belt never rolls you out the end, it jolts your car and will roll you back, if a car pulls in directly behind you then it stops and you have to sit there and wait, which could be prevented if someone was actually standing there making sure there are enough spaces between the cars. Overall not a pleasant experience at all.

It also yanked my rear license plate out of the tabs and bent it pretty badly. And while this part is on me, I broke my wiper switch trying to make the sharp 180-degree turn from their gate into the wash—it’s just too tight of a radius. Along with wax doesn’t last long at all. It feels like there’s been some kind of issue almost every time I’ve gone. I won’t be coming back.

But you need to notify your customers who pay to use your facilities at their leisure. I'm switching back to Mike's they're closer anyway. After reading a few other reviews for this location, numerous people have had this wash directly damage their vehicle. And each one the owner has responded "while the result may be disappointing to you, we stand behind the decision of our team." Aka they never pay anyone out for the damages their wash causes. Canceling my membership immediately. Thanks for showing us your character.
