    New truck, scratched during wash. Did not observe until returning home. Returned to file claim within 10 minutes as instructed by them. This happened Saturday. Today, Monday received a call that claim is denied because I left premises. Did not know of damage until home. Did not observe signage or notice of reporting damage prior to leaving. Offered no help or concern at all. DO NOT use this car wash. The services listed below did not include getting screwed!

    I had an excellent experience at Tommy’s Express Car Wash thanks to Luke’s outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, Luke was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. He took the time to explain the wash options clearly and made sure I was comfortable with the process, which really stood out to me. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and positive attitude. Even though the car wash was busy, Luke stayed patient, efficient, and treated every customer with respect. He went above and beyond to make sure my car came out looking spotless and that I was completely satisfied before I left. Great service like this makes a big difference, and Luke truly represents what great customer care should look like. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a fast, high-quality wash with amazing service!

    My car was advanced into the back of another vehicle while still on the conveyor belt inside the wash tunnel. I was in neutral, exactly as instructed, with zero control over my car. At the time of the incident, the attendant told us he thought the car in front had moved and he advanced me into her. He also told the other driver the “go” light may not have been functioning correctly so he understood why she did not pull forward. Despite that, management later blamed her for not going and blamed me for being “too close,” even though there are no spacing instructions and I simply followed the “pull forward” sign. We were then told to “work it out between ourselves and our insurance companies.” That was the resolution offered. When I followed up two weeks later, the manager’s responses were short, defensive, and dismissive. He denied responsibility entirely and claimed all safety measures were working properly. At the time of the incident, staff stated there are cameras “all over,” which, if reviewed, would clearly show what occurred. However, there was no indication that any footage was actually reviewed. Based on management’s responses, it appears that regardless of how clear the circumstances may be, accountability is not something this location is willing to accept. The damage was minimal and I was more looking for a "we're sorry, that should have never happened here, here's what we've done to make sure it doesn't in the future to anyone else." What I expected was basic accountability and customer service. Instead, I received blame-shifting and indifference. Oh and the offer for a few free wash coupons after going back and forth several times with management (which I declined). After reading other reviews mentioning vehicle damage (and at least one where this happened to someone else on Google review) and seeing similarly dismissive responses from management, this does not appear to be an isolated incident. Proceed with caution.

    I went to Tommy's to get my car washed. The back of the car did not get washed because they put cars in 2 feet apart! The car wash mat cleaning machine ate my car mat. I had to wait for someone to come & get it out. They said I could go back through the car wash. There were 6-7 cars in line so I had to wait another 20 minutes. Then they let the man behind me pull in 2 feet behind me so the back of my car did NOT get washed again! When i went & told him, he said I could go back through again. I didn't have 25 more minutes to wait after being there for 45 minutes already. I also mentioned that the car behind me was too close & I could have been hit. He said that would be on me, they are not responsible for that. I will NOT be going to Tommy’s for anymore car washes.

    I would recommend not showing up first thing when they open because they might not be. Went this morning (Saturday) at 7A and not open. Waited 10 minutes and a kid came up and said his manger wasn’t there and he couldn’t get in to open. I drove around for another 15 minutes and still closed. Not the first time this has happened. Also tore my rear wiper off twice, nobody is ever out working the entrance(always 2-3 inside playing on their phones) offering to bag your blade. Maybe they need to adjust the hours to meet the needs of their employees!
