Other places were going to charge just to look at the problem. The Salesperson Nick was very helpful with everything. I will be back if I need anything in the future.

With three people waiting in the lobby and more than a handful of people working the gentleman at the counter who did not greet us as he could not be bothered to stop his five minute long conversation informed me that they don’t do tires until Monday evening. So myself and two other individuals chose to take our business elsewhere. The gentleman was not interested in looking up the size of the tire or inventory needed. He was just quick to say tires don’t get done until between four and 10 on Monday. so I am going to be more than happy to spend my money somewhere else
- WPWhitney PlattJan 30, 20265.0This was my first time at this TD location and they did not disappoint. Every TD I have been to, so far, has treated me with the kindness and respect. As well as treating every one of my unfortunate incidents that lead me into their store with urgency and professionalism. This time I ran over a bungee cord on the Hwy and it was stuck in my tire. After waiting over 2 hours for AAA to never show up and assist me, I took the chance of driving on it 2 miles up the road to TD. They got my car in quickly assessed the situation, pulled out the piece and plugged my tire up. They went the extra miles by checking all my tires and filling them all with air. The whole thing took them around a hour of time. They didn't charge me a penny for their time, labor, the plug, or the trouble. This is third time I have had to come to a TD with a problem and they have taken care of me, wished me a better rest of my day and charged me nothing for it. 2 plugs and 1 rock removal that was lodged in my tire well. They treat you like Family! This is exactly why anytime I have any car problems Tire discounters is my first call. I work for Goodwill as the Mission Coach where I am able to help employees pay for car repairs. Everytime someone comes to me TD is always first referral!
- ASAshley StraightJan 29, 20261.0I took my vehicle there for the first time to get a tire put on and a strut I got a new tire but that was it and my vehicle was damaged why it was there and they have Poor management and they just try to argue with you and they don’t do anything right and the way they talk to there customers is poor and not professional I would not recommend this place for anything.

They had the tire I needed in stock and squeezed me in before close of business. The team at this location has always taken care of me and my family.
