They told me to come at 11am ET and it would take 45 min. I was hesitant to go because I was trying to make it back for a basketball game and the reviews on yelp were bad, but I thought I would give the benefit of the doubt. I arrived at 10:59am. It’s now 12:38pm and the car has been on the rack for about 45 minutes and no tires have been removed from the car. I told them I needed to leave and they said we were just about to start on it. I told them no thank you and that I needed to leave. Read the reviews and make your own assessment. My experience with the customer service at this particular location was a 1-star. Nice people, just unable to fulfill their commitment.

Thankfully, the employees were able to squeeze us in for a quick last minute tire change between their appointments. It took less than an hour and they were very communicative and helpful. I definitely recommend getting your tires changed here! I will certainly be coming back. :)

I work full time but have been door dashing on the side to make ends meet. I got enough air in my tire to make it to tire discounters and there was a 2 hour wait ok. Turns out my tire was bad and needed a new one, I say go with the cheapest, he quotes me I'm like ok gotta do what I gotta do. When finished he hands me my keys and says your all good to go. I get my wallet out and he asks me if I needed paperwork I said no I need to pay, he says it's taken care of you are good to go. What? I'm still in shock and crying because These men were my angels today and I am so very thankful! My dad always took care of my vehicles and he's been gone 6 years now. It is still so hard to deal with for me when it comes to car problems. I will forever be greatful! Thank you for turning such a bad situation into a blessing!! I will forever come to you with my tire issues!
