I have been going to Take 5 for a couple years now and Kasey took care of me the last time I was there and she was very personable and explained all of the options available to me and I left thinking that is how customer service is supposed to be done. This time was amazing because it seemed like everybody was washing their car since we had just got done getting a bunch of snow and this was the first nice day since then. It was one car after another. Kasey was handling all the customer's at the pay station, taking care of customers questions and concerns, and took the time to stop by and offer me the car freshners and the card for this review. Kasey truly is a huge asset for your company.i understand she is the manager there now which is where she should be. I've been training people on customer service skills and sales for years and she is one of the best I've ever seen. The guy who was directing the cars into the wash also was doing a great job. Thank you!!
