However we were told on Friday that our car was nearly complete and should be ready for pick up that day. Not one person called to communicate that the part was on back order and it was like pulling teeth to get any information. This was the first and last time I ever use this place.

The other drivers insurance made me go here and when i tried to get an appointment set it would take a month to even get in the shop. When I brought it to the shop they told me it would be 7 business days. And boy were they wrong. I took my car in October 14th , didn’t get it back till November 20th. With constant misses due dates and very very poor communication I began to get frustrated with how I was being treated as a customer. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the 2-3 week but after the second missed due dates I began to really get annoyed. After I called and said how poor their communication was they said it would be done 17th/18th which it was not I finally had had enough and went to pick it up on the 20th (today) when I arrived I sat in the waiting area where my car was right behind me getting scanned when they turned on my car they immediately revved it. This isn’t all that was awful about my experience with them but it is all I feel like typing if you read this till they end please do not use Joe Hudson’s collision for your own sake.
