Reviewing the truck showed the oil filter wasn't tightened, we cant see under the car. The computer for oil change was not reset in either vehicle. Its disappointing and I don't have trust to take the vehicles back. We will go elsewhere. Its sad because my first few experiences were great

- CHConor HNov 10, 20251.0If you are looking for basic services such an oil change, this is a good establishment. But that is it. This November, I went to this Jiffy for a break change. Pads and rotor. Unfortunately, it was the biggest time expense I've ever had with a car. Firstly, it took Roughly 4 hours for said job, and at the end of it... they could not finish it. Techs stated that the rear brake calipers could not release and that id have to take it to a dealership due to service mode errors. I did as instructed, and $350 dollars later from the dealership, there was nothing wrong. Calipers released just fine. So I took my business to another shop and not only did they replace my rear pads and rotors without issue, they showed to me that my front pads that Jiffy managed to installed, were installed COMPLETELY WRONG! Resulting in more money out of pocket to then have the front pads Re-replaced. Needless to say, while the staff if wonderful, please save your money on anything beyond an oil change.
