It even sent me a confirmation with the Jeffersonville, Indiana location. However, for some reason, it had the downtown Louisville, KY location on later emails with my itinerary. When I showed up at the Jeffersonville, IN site, I found that my reservation was for the downtown Louisville site and not the Jeff site. Nisa was able to help me as she happened to have a few extra cars that morning. She saved me the hassle of having to go to the other location. She was extremely helpful and kind! I believe this was an issue with my company's travel website as I had some other issues also. Nisa didn't have to resolve this but she happened to have the additional vehicles, and did resolve it. Next time I'll call her directly to make sure its set up properly.

With other rental companies we’re allowed to bring the card back on empty or full. Other than that I love them , very prompt responses and they have you in and out.
