Do not allow online reservations when you don't have supply for the demand. People don't appreciate walking 1.2 miles roundtrip in 20⁰ temps to find out there was nothing available in a sea of cars on the lot which was depended upon and appreciated for a very important doctor appointment 60 miles away. This company needs a revamp. Kudos to the gentleman at the counter who is just doing his job with the limited resources available. Never again, BOO
