  Reid was super great, he did not push me to get anything extra. He was kind and was quick to say he was happy to help! Super good oil change price too.

  Zero stars if I could. Do NOT take your vehicle here. I had to deal a week without my vehicle. I stayed nice the entire time as frustrating and stressful as this was, and for the most part I had to reach out to get updates on my vehicle with the exception of about two days. I have two other people I know that had an issue and a similar experience with their cars needing worked on and fixed after a bad oil change. To top it off, besides just asking for every single thing to be documented, I again stayed extremely respectful to everybody. I Actually saved the company money by not Ubering everywhere, (and borrowing a family member’s car for an few days) even though they ruined a weekend with my children going Out of town on my kids spring break. I just asked to be reimbursed for full coverage insurance I got on the rental, since I would not have had to have the rental if it wasn’t for their negligence. I understand this is “ Optional” Insurance however if something were to happen with the rental while I was waiting on my vehicle to be done getting fixed, I would have been liable. So after staying calm and staying nice when sufficient damage was done to my vehicle, instead of reimbursing me roughly $133, I was told no. With that said, I was given two free oil changes. There’s no way in hell I will ever go back to this company so those oil changes were pointless. I actually said it to a manager who really did not seem to care, he told me I could go to any Valvoline, I didn’t have to go there where they messed up my car like that made a difference in this situation, I said that more as an example as to a way to reimburse me in Some way, not actually wanting a oil change from them again! . He obviously took it very very literally. I would’ve been happy even if they came back and said we will take care of half of it! That would’ve been the correct customer service. My niceness has gone. Now I’m currently trying to figure out how to get in to at least get the $53 from Ubering After waiting three hours at Valvoline after my car was not drivable and our ruin weekend, with 3 teens. With extreme caution do not go here!!! Now back to more phone calls, to atleast try and get my 53$!!! Absolutely infuriating! Save yourself the stress!!!

  I went for an oil change the beginning of this month(March 2026) it's now March 26th and my oil is bone dry. I wondered why my oil life didn't reset afterwards and then the guy asked ME if he put oil in but honestly I was in my phone so I told him I'm not sure. So I'm assuming that he assumed he put oil and never did. I used to go to this location all the time with different vehicles but after this experience I will NEVER BE BACK. I'm currently stuck at a gas station because my suv won't start due to no oil and I don't get paid til next week. Ain't that grand.
