Brought my 2017 Honda Accord in for repairs. This was two weeks after I spent over $600 on this vehicle. Problem was not diagnosed at that time. They misdiagnosed my problem twice. Tried to charge me for repairs that did not address my problem until I resisted. Had to tow the car to the Avon location to fix it. Ended up needing to put a new motor in it. Had it for 25 days! Was told multiple times that it would be done soon or tomorrow. Ended up getting rental car for 9 days. Was told that I would get reimbursed for it. Still havent received my $424 nor have I received the paper word from the Avon location which I requested at least 3 times. Worst customer experience of my lifetime and I would tell anyone considering them to go somewhere you can trust! An absolute awful experience and has wasted so much of my time. Also, had to bring the car back twice because indicator lights kept coming on. They still come on but I refuse to go back because I don't want to have to deal with their incompetence.

Don’t listen to the likes of this Matt Horton dude literally did a drive way repair and screwed his own front end other than wait times this place is great and patient, highly doubt anyone let people leave without saying something but after seeing some reviews scream I’m to cheap to get it done right the first time

My wife has always been a loyal Tire Discounters customer. A few weeks ago she had a tire blow out on a trip out of town away from home. There were no tire discounters locations around, so she went to Belle Tire and had the tire replaced, where they also noted 2 other tiers which they determined to be unsafe. I told her to proceed with replacement and just get it documented which tires were unsafe, because OF COURSE you should replace the unsafe tires on a trip like that. We also made sure to keep the replaced tires so we could get our money back for the tires replaced under warranty.
So today I went into the Beech Grove Tire Discounters location and attempted to call in my warranty. According to their records only one tire was within warranty. Very well. However they did not agree to refund my money even for the one tire despite the fact that I had everything documented AND brought them the visibly damaged tires. They said they would replace the tire, but for me that would be pointless because there was already a new tire on it and I have no use for the extra one.
Very dissatisfied with the customer service considering we paid extra for the warranty, and we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

—- DANGEROUS PLACE !! —-
Do not allow this place to do an alignment on your vehicle. See pics for what they did to son’s Jeep yesterday. It drove in fine, just needing alignment after new parts installed, and they gave it back in a dangerous condition and with new parts chewed up.
Looks like the inexperienced oil change kid did this.
Google needs to allow negative stars for places like this.

Terrible. They took advantage of me. I came in for a full inspection with concerns that one of my tires had a nail in it because my tire pressure light came on- they told me they checked all my tires and that one tire was leaking air because it was low on tread. I paid for a new tire when I left my tire pressure light was still on they told me it would reset after 15 miles - well I drove over that - still on - took it to another tire discounters location and they found a nail in a totally different tire! they did not check all my tires as they said they did they just tried to up sell me for a new tire and make me feel like they were helping me out instead of taking care of everything. I spent 5 hrs there for them to change and fix my tire yet they couldn’t find and patch a nail hole. very upset will never go to this location or give them my business. time and money is valuable and this location took advantage of my time and money.
