- PCPatrick ColeApr 2, 20265.0My wife and I had our TPS light come on while driving on 465 - we swung into TireDiscounters on Michigan road. Josh greeted us and let me know that he could get us in and out within an hour. He inspected the tire and saw a small screw stuck in the tread and felt it was fixable. Since we were a new customer there would be no charge. The waiting area was very clean and we were kept up to speed on progress as well as how the tire was being repaired. Overall, a very positive experience and we were on our way. A big appreciation to each team member for the repair!
- DMD MFeb 18, 20261.0I walked into this establishment and was completely ignored. Multiple employees made direct eye contact with me, yet no one acknowledged me or offered help. It takes two seconds to say, “Hi, I’ll be with you in a moment,” and that never happened. This was not an accident and unfortunately not the first time. The lack of service felt selective and based on more than just coincidence. Lesson learned — I won’t be back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
