  Had to get a flat repair. Michael was able to get me in immediately. Ever meet someone with an infectious energy level? Talked with Michael for a long time and determined that this is a great man! I only give my business to people who I feel have my best interests at heart and, for that reason, I will now be getting all of my tires at this location - starting with my daughters tires coming in the next couple of weeks. Thanks so much Michael- God Bless you and yours!

  I strongly advise against using this location for tire services, and I want to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. I visited yesterday to have my 2025 Nissan Sentra SV's two front tires balanced. From the moment I walked in, the staff member at the front desk was dismissive and unprofessional. Every time I tried to explain the issues I had been experiencing with my vehicle, he repeatedly interrupted and talked over me before I could finish speaking. After a test drive, he claimed there was nothing wrong with my car but agreed to balance the tires anyway. Let me be clear, as a car owner, I know my vehicle better than anyone else does. It does not matter what someone else thinks. If I bring my car in and pay to have my tires balanced, your personal opinion on whether something is wrong is irrelevant. Do the job I am paying for, period. I know when and what services my car needs, so please do not tell me nothing is wrong with my vehicle. On top of that, they failed to complete the services that are supposed to come with a tire balance. A tire rotation and a full vehicle inspection are both standard and complimentary with this service and neither was done on my vehicle. My lug nuts require a special key for removal. When I checked my glove compartment after leaving, that key was sitting in the exact same spot, untouched. My tires were never rotated, no inspection was completed, and to make matters worse, my car drove noticeably worse after leaving than it did when I arrived. I paid for a service that was not rendered. As far as I am concerned, what took place was theft. I will be pursuing this matter further and urge anyone considering this location to look elsewhere.

  If your looking for great service a friendly smile and A small wait time this is the place you definitely want to go to the gentleman that helped us name. Will was pretty amazing. He did a great job explaining everything to us and helping us out with everything that we had to do. We were very frustrated. Going to other places not getting any answers Will is very knowledgeable and was very great at helping us with our tires.

  I came in 30 minutes before closing 3/11/2026 and the worker there told me that they could not help me and told me to go to discount tires, when I got to discount tires they have been closed for 45 minutes but still came out to check out my tire told me it was unfixable, but still ordered me a tire and took my car in and gave me very good help….so my advice skip tire barn and go to discount tire,tire barn has horrible customer service. He was not even interested in helping me with my issue. He was just worried about closing on time annd not helping a potential customer,and I was basically on a flat 10 PSI in my tire.
